🔓 OFFICIAL RESOLUTION – CASE CLOSED
Following the suspension issued on 2025-03-18, the account holder submitted a formal appeal through the OVHcloud Manager. Our compliance team conducted an extended forensic review of the hosted content, server logs, and associated abuse reports.
Conclusion: The content that triggered the automated suspension was identified as a simulated / parody notice with no actual fraudulent intent, no phishing mechanisms, and no financial harm to third parties. While the material initially violated our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7 – misleading content), the appeal demonstrated that the domain was used exclusively for educational demonstration and private testing with no active deception of the general public.
As a result, OVHcloud has decided to reinstate full access to all hosting services under the following conditions:
➜ No further impersonation of official entities (government, law enforcement, or OVHcloud itself).
➜ A visible disclaimer must be added if similar simulation content is hosted in the future.
➜ The account remains under enhanced monitoring for 90 days (probationary period).

📢 PROBATIONARY NOTICE (90 days): The account is now under enhanced monitoring. Any further violations of the Acceptable Use Policy (especially impersonation or misleading content) will result in immediate permanent termination without right to appeal. A clear disclaimer must be added to any simulated/parody content going forward.
🔐 TECHNICAL DETAILS FOR ACCOUNT OWNER: All files, databases, and email configurations have been restored from the pre-suspension backup (snapshot dated 2025-03-18 00:00 UTC). FTP/SFTP access has been re-enabled. You may need to flush your local DNS cache if the site is not immediately visible.
